hey cn anyone plz tell me how cn i apply or be eligible for a PR card..! i am planning to go to Canada for a diploma course on a study visa..! my course is for 1 year and 4 months. i intend to do a job as well. do i hav to apply for a work permit then pr? or cn i apply directly for PR ? plz help ..!

	As to obtaining PR, you will have to qualify and then apply for immigration in one of the available categories, read up on CIC website in the "Immigrate" sections.
