Visit Visa - Entries 'One'

Hi, My In laws are visiting us in the US and they have a Canadian V1 Visa valid for 6 months. On their flight to the US they flew through Calgary (Connecting flight from Longon) and their flight to the US was from Calgary to Seattle. 

Question:
During their transition flight to Seattle the officer in Calgary stamped their passport. Their visa says, Entries as "One". 
We are planning on going to Vancouver, BC by bus for a week long tour. Can we still travel with their existing visas? 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
