canadian experienced class applicant.. pls help

I  currently work casual for 4 different employers since October 2010. I will be applying for CEC by october 2012 to make up the necessary hours.  My question is whether it will have any impact on my application. How will I convince the officer that I have worked and completed 1950 hours?? Will my T4 be enough or do I need to include pay stubs from all these empoyers and get employment letters  from them stating the hours worked??? pls help me out.. I am confused.
