Hubby emailed buffalo to change his mailing address to our canadian address ...anyone know how long this generally takes to get a reply or a confirm of change?

From what I've read, if it's just a simple change of address then Buffalo will change it but may not even bother confirming it with you. There've been cases where people updated their address or email with them, and never heard back, but when they got their CAIPS notes (or even PPR), they saw it had been updated. So Buffalo got the update, they just never bothered to confirm it.

Yeah, you most likely won't get a confirmation. We didn't.... (we didn't actually update the address, they entered it wrong and I sent them an e-mail telling them about their mistake).

It took about 2 weeks until the updated address appeared on e-cas.
