Physicals??

Quick question about the P.R. application. I have 2 sons that I need to put on the app, but I'm not applying for them at this time. Their idiot father is giving me a hard time about getting their physicals done. I know this means that I will never be able to sponsor them but will it have any bearing on whether MY application gets approved or not?
