Hi All,

Myself, my wife and son landed in toronto, canada in Sep-2008 and left after 1 month, as I had a well paid job back in middle east. In 2009, I had my second son and by Aug-2010, I applied for his RP through my legal consel in canada who also worked on my application. Now since past 7 months, I have got no news of my son's RP application. In Sep-2011, I have to go back to canada as i have to complete 720 days term to enable to renew RP further, or else it will be cancelled.

Pls. help

1. Since you had to be resident in Canada when you submitted the application for the son and you weren't, you can probably expect a refusal. So I guess that your legal counsel lied about your residency then?
