Study permit issue!!!! Help me asap plz

Hi there,

I just accepted by one of the institution in Vancouver. Back then , I was a high school's exchange student and my study permit was expired by the time i applied for university. Hence, the student admissions helped me to extend study permits ,but without my acknowledge she extended it to high school degree permits. So I'm not eligible to study there which really pissed me off , cuz it's not my fault.
I asked them to take responsibility but seems like they don't concern about this issue at all.
IS that possible for school to release sort of exception letter for international student to study while the new study permit is on the process?
PLZ Help me!!   I really appreciate ur help.
