PR CARD RENEWAL-APPLICATION FILLING DETAILS

Its time for me to renew the PR card, i was away for few months from Canada in the last five years, in the PR renewal application in one column it was asked to write the addresses in the last five years, my question is as i was away from canada for few months what should i write there my canada address(my family  was staying there including kids) or the address where i was back home. While i was away i did not changed the address anywhere.

Any how in the list of absence column i am going to mention my absent period and address.

So can anybody suggest me what should i write in the address column either canadian address or back home address.
