1. "Immigration no so expert" That was not the ruling of the Federal Court, it only effected the 900 applicants, not those in the backlog.
2. Read the OB about those applications, with the change in the Regulations 29/06/12 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob442.asp

today I checked my status and found status---Decision made,,,,some hope rises, looking forward what happens....pass or fail.

I also got the same status.

"We started processing your application on April 27, 2007.  
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."
 

As per my agent, our file is rejected.

Hi, I want to ask you all friends that what actually is the "RPRF" means and at what stage, the High Commission asks the applicant to pay the RPRF? Please share your expert views. Is it fair to view it a positive step if someone receives a request of paying the RPRF?
