For manual specifically addressing loss of permanent resident status, see ENF 23 and for manuals regarding inadmissibility generally (which also covers processing PRs for inadmissibility) see the respective ENF manuals ENF 1 through ENF 6, and some of the others, and particularly ENF 5 re writing 44(1) Reports. 

There are probably others that are in some way applicable, but the above is what I can think of off the top of my head.
