Dear All,
I wish to invite my parents on visitor visa. I wish to apply for multiple entry visa for 5 years.
On the application form, I didn't find any column where I can mention my intentions that I am requesting the visa for 5 years.
The closest I see is the column which says "For how long you plan to stay in Canada". I interpret it as like they are asking the time period of the stay during first visit in a stretch. Is it correct? If I mention 5 years period in this column, they may interpret it as their first stay which is not a case and neither legally possible (assuming 6 months default period for visitors stay).
What do you say, how should I present my case?
Thanks,
Umesh
