hi,
anyone with experience like this pls share:

my spouse is working abroad but we decided to have his papers processed in Manila.
we are not sure if we could just scan and email him the medical form,
so he can just print them out himself, and that we dont have to mail it express to him.

any idea?

thanks

Couldn't he just print the forms directly from CIC's website from where he is?  Or do you mean the completed forms?

4/30-CPC-M
6/3-Sponsor DM
6/9-Approval letter; QC Cert. app. sent
6/17-Start Manila
7/2-AOR with PP & AOM request
7/19-PP & AOM received
8/13-Approval QC Cert.
9/7-DM :))
9/16-Visa received!
