Hi guys,

I have been getting mixed answers from these private agencies so here it goes.

I have work experience as NOC B for two years at my home country,
and have IELTS 8.0
the CRS calculator gives me around 411 points, which is not that high.
the thing is I have been working in Canada for around 4 months now,
same NOC.

It seems like if I get a permanent job offer from my current employer, (I have valid LMIA as well)
my points get higher and around 470.

My question is,

1. Even if my job experiences are in the same NOC, does it HAVE to be directly related? (i.e., same industry)
2. Do you NEED one year of canadian work experience to apply for express entry? (under stream of FSWP)

looking forward to your reply guys!

Thanks
