Express entry PR for 70 yr old mum

Hi, I want to bring my mum up to Canada. I don't want to go through parent sponsorship if I can help it as its lucky draw. She will be looking after my children so I can work, when I did the express entry tool on the website, it said she could apply even though she is 70 next year? 

Has anyone done this before who could provide some advice?

1. It is extremely unlikely that she would qualify, as she will get 0 points for age. Use the Come to Canada tool here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/come-canada-tool-immigration-express-entry.html She would need 67 points to be eligible to apply for EE. If eligible, (67 points) you then submit an Expression of Interest for EE. Note the last draw required over 450 points to be selected to apply for Immigration.
