Someone told me today that you cannot marry 3rd time as her sister married a male who had 2 divorces before. He sponsored his wife but Visa was refused, now guy left Canada and living overseas for ever :( So this thing put me in a big time worry.
Is this a solid rule or a BIG ground for VISA refusal!? I spent around 30 yrs 1st marriage, divorced. And married 2nd time. This 2nd marriage lasted around 8 years. Other party went greedy was asking 1/2 of everything. But that Jackpot dream never came true and she and her ex-kid left with small settlement amount. Now I was thinking to marry overseas again since I don't want to die alone. Can some kind person throw a light please? Thanks in advance. |

Hi
1. You can marry as many times as you like, and the visa would be processed if was not a marriage of convenience, and you haven't sponsored a spouse is the previous 3 years. Plus no criminal convictions for domestic abuse. |
