I applied for my father's supervisa on June 5, 2017. The published processing time on IRCC website is 69 days
It is now 74 days and there is decision made.

The published processing time on an automated telephone message is 188 days. that same message says they are working on supervisa applications received BEFORE May 11th, 2017.

Why are there multiple processing times published and what is the cause of this huge delay in making a decision?

My father is very depressed and tired of waiting.

IRCC new delhi does not answer emails

no one is able to find out reason for delay
