Hi

I applied for PR in Buffalo visa office.
I have CAQ and done all medical test they asked.
So, how long it will take them to decide on my case?
I am working in Canada (will this help in decision making process or speed up the process).

Your presence/employment in Canada and CAQ will definitely help Buffalo office to assess your file faster in comparison to other SWC applicants.  Just keep your fingers crossed and wait for their further  instructions. More info regarding time frames at Buffalo office for provincial nominees: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/04-provincial.asp

Hope it helps. Good luck!Smile
