Seeking Express Entry chances

Hi Guys,
I am a Software Programmer having 8+ years of Indian Experience. I am going to apply for Express entry. Here i would like to know the chances of getting an invitation to apply for Canadian PR through Express Entry. 

My details are shown below.

Education: Computer Science Graduate(WES ECA approved)
Indian Experience: 8+ years
IELTS: CLB 7
Wife's education: Masters in Computer Application(WES not done)
Indian Experience: 9 months
IELTS: CLB 6

Note: I have a job offer from a Canadian company but I didn't get LMIA.

I am new to this, experts, please share your views.
