I am applying for a skilled immigrant visa to Canada through Express Entry.
My current standing points are below.

Out of this for Blood Relative, my wife's Aunt is a Canadian Citizen. She is holding a Canadian passport in which her parents names are NOT mentioned.

To prove that she is my wife's Aunt, I am supposed to present here passport and my father-in-law's passport wherein the parent's name are matching. Since, my wife's aunt's PP doesn't contain her parents name, I could not provide this.

Can anyone tell us what is the alternative to prove this relationship. I hear someone saying to get some. Will getting some Notary Public attested document from India, will work out?

Please suggest

Education : 21

Age: 04 (43 years)

Experience: 15 (6+ years)

Spouse IELTS : 5

Blood Relative in Canada : 05 (Proof Required)

Applicant IELTS : 20 (L-6, R-6, W-7.5, S-7.5)

Total: 70   - Approx CRS with this score will be in between 340-360 or so. For actual score direct confirmation comes from CIC after lodging the application.

1. Passports aren't sufficient for proof of relationship.
2. You would need your spouses birth certificate showing her parents and your wife;s parent that is the sibling, his/her passport showing the same parents. If you are from India their 10th certificate showing parents is also acceptable. The marriage certificate showing the change of name.
3. Also proof of the Aunts status in Canada and proof that she is residing in Canada.
