Is there a path to citizenship in Canada for illegal immigrants?
Who either overstayed visas, lost PR status, lost refugee status or came in through other means?

Only if you are married or in a common law relationship with a Canadian and that Canadian is willing to sponsor you for permanent residency. (Relationship obviously need to be genuine.) If you are approved for permanent residency and become a PR - you can then qualify for citizenship several years later once you meet the citizenship residency requirement.

Other than that - no.

Wait for amnesty announcement and until then hide out in the shadows? No wait, that's the USA.
