We are looking for a lawyer who can help us in sponsorship of our son who is autistic. Wife has a PR and our child was born outside Canada.

Why? Your spouse and I assume you have PR status, so the child is exempt from excessive demand. So the sponsorship and application is pretty straight forward. Although 1 of you must be in Canada to submit the application is you are a Citizen.
