The Bogota requested my wife's passport and another medical 2 months ago.  We just about missed the deadline because it was delivered to a restaurant near our house.  They called my wife a week and a half ago because they hadn't received the stuff from the doctor.  She called the doc and he said that he sent it the day before.
Anyway my big question is will they call her to have her pick up the passport or will they just deliver it to any old place like the request for it.  It seems that at every step we just miss something terrible happening because everything is done so poorly.  I'm really worried that the passport will end up going to one of our criminal neighbors or just get left at the wrong place.

	No problem is so formidable that you can't walk away from it.
