Some urgent quest.B4 apply!

Dear all,
I have some questions:
1- I have done B.Com(2-years-Prog),then MBA -Finance(2-years-Prog) from karachi, Pakistan...but i have read under Factor -1 in immigrat. guide that :"If you have a Master’s degree but have completed only 16 years of full-time study, award yourself 22 points." so my problem is that if i count from class 1 then it   will be 16 years Confused.... is it possible that my Diploma / or classes before class-1 would be considered..?Shocked (how can i claim 25 points..?)

2- I had doing job while studying my MBA(Regular Evening Prog.) are they (CIO) consider or have objections in this regard.- on that job i  worked 42 hrs weekly.Embarrassed

Factor 1: Education (maximum 25 points)

Points are awarded for earned educational credentials as well as the number of years of full-time or full-time

equivalent study. To be awarded points, you must meet both stated criteria.

Note: Full-time studies: At least 15 hours of instruction per week during the academic year.

This includes any period of workplace training that forms part of the course.

Note: Full-time equivalent studies: If you completed a program of study on a part-time or

accelerated basis, count the length of time it would have taken to complete the program on

a full-time basis.

Dear Imran,
If u had study here in PK , you can understand that there is KG1,KG2 ,Prep1, Prep2..then Regular classes starts  means 1..2....till 10th ,then 11, 12th (Intermediate), Then 13,14 (Bachelor),15,16 (Master)  ,,, i am a regular full time student during all my studies! what points i can earn ?
PS. I also have 1 yr Computer Diploma (earn as a Full time student)

dear kashif..
i understand i.e. pre nersry, nersry, prep and then 1 class and so on....but i think our master degree of 2 year (consider 16 year education) same is happen to me i also have 1 year computer diploma... but fortunately.... i am also CMA... and that is how i attained 17 year upto master.. and if i include 1 year diploma it goes to 18 year.... but i just write 17 year...coz i am not much sure...

one more question, what u advice, can i show full time study(MBA) + job (as i have done 9-4 job, then study in evening prog. MBA, during 2005 - 2007) because it gives me 3 valuable pointsEmbarrassed

I write in above post the meaning of full time study..if it fill the criteria u must show it...and get the point... u have to show every thing of ur personal history of education and experience...and dont conceal anything...it might become problem...in processing....

Should we must attach IELTS Result with application in Step-1 which we send to CIC,Sydney.??
If you read Document Checklist [IMM 5612] ,IMM0008_3E SCHEDULE 3-point number 6, says:
point 6 says - Language(continued)
Have you taken approved test to assess your proficiency in English or French?
- if Yes Provide a copy of approved test results..
- if NO Provide evidence of your proficiency in Canada's official languages.
please ellobrate coz i dn't understand ,

hi

can anybody advice me the following regards:

1. i have 4 years bachelor's degree, 1 year masters in the same field and 18 months MBA. should i claim it 18 or 19 years education instead of 17 years in field 12: total number of years of formal education (imm0008e_gen) and field 10 (imm0008_1e, background deceleration)?

2. what sort of document they ask as proof of bachelor degree is 4 years? becoz the my certificate does  not include the course length.

3. do i need to attach my photograph in form imm0008e_gen?
