The US wont even allow her in if they have an inkling she has a personality disorder, how
could she stay in the US she has to have a husband or children that could petition her and
she would likely required to first have expensive insurance to show for over a long period.

Regarding Canada seemingly your mom over-stayed her welcome and all her past ills will
Unhappy come to mind  You cannot get mom deported that would not be nice, I would simply call
them up and have them send out a reminder letter saying her vacation is over...I think if you
tell them her personality disorder have her thinking she has more vacation time than she
thinks & you are getting her ready for the process of departing, then you will beat her to whatever
story she may come up with later to tell. start shopping  packing for her (get her things she likes)
Canada is not about to take on her responsibility of medical, support & a place to live...if she
has no proofs of abuse then you have no worry, and she has no argument for asylum in either country
