Hello,

I am exploring possibiliy of PR under the Quebec Investor program which is presently acceptling applicaiton. I intend to apply for family PR visa to avail benefit of low college fee.

It seems my child will be admitted to Toronto Univ for graduaiton.  My question relates to restrictions, if any, in living outside of Quebec state. Is there any minium time period which PR holders must spend in the state to complete stay period for Citizenship. Do the benefits availble to Residents under this program will be available to my kids studying in Toronto.

Thanks

I don't think that is the case for Quebec. You get the PR, land in Quebec, apply for IDs, and then you can move whenever/where-ever you want.
