Visiting INDIA on Spouse VISA

Hi
I was married to Canadian PR in Feb' 2012.I came to Canada from India in March' 2013 on spouse visa with my husband who is Canadian PR .Now we are parents of two kids(twins) aged 5 months,who were born here in Canada.Now due to some circumstances i want to go back to india with kids for some time .My queries are
1. Can i go back to India now, means after spending 1 year in Canada
2. is it necessary to stay initially for 2 years with my husband in Canada to maintain PR.
