The missing manuals

I did eventually get an ATIA release from CIC, but unfortunately with work and moving house, I didn't have a chance to really look at it at the time, then it sat in a box for many months. I still don't have time to look through it in detail, so I'm posting it, so everyone can take a look. They did not release all the manuals I originally asked for, claiming that some of them could not be released electronically (I had no desire to pay hundreds of dollars for boxes of paper).

So, if you have spare time on your hands while waiting for an application to be processed, do take a look, and if you find anything interesting, please add it to the table on the wiki page:
