Advice regarding documents

Hi,

I am accepted in University of Manitoba for Fall 2013.
I have an education loan for around CAD 23000 which covers CAD 10000 for cost of living + Tuition fees. 
Registration for admissions in University will open in mid July. But canadian high commission recommends to apply atleast 3 months before start of the classes (which would be in september).

I have following docs with me,
Acceptance letter
Scholarship from university
Medical examination document
Education loan sanction letter ( living expenses + tuition fee)
savings of around CAD 3000

If I apply with these documents, how strong would be my application?
Are there any other documents required as well?

	that's the one of the important documents that you need to have but its not enough to convince the visa officer.... check the link to your references: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5483E.pdf then if you complete all the required documents then you can allply online ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/getting-started.asp follow all the rules & what you need to submit.
