Hello guys,
Can someone please help me understand the process. I have a vague idea that :

step 1: You need an employer in canada who is willing to hire you. The person is outside Canada.
step 2: LMO is required which is done by employer.
step 3: apply for work permit.

Is there any CIC guide / documents that will help (from both employer and/or applicant perspective) in this regard. Your help is greatly appreciated.
