I have been expecting a file transfer to local office , is anybody in the same boat? Sent File- 25 June 2012 Received- 6th July 2012 In Process- 8th Jan 2013 File transfer ??? Thanks for your reply |

I though it shows up online stating your file is now transfered to local office...

"In Process" will never change till your case is completed. There is no status called " File Transfer"
