bringing children as visitors

Hi everyone,
It's been some time since I have participated in the forum, I have sponsored my husband from Costa Rica. He is currently there now with his 3 children, and his son who is 10 years old wants to return with him to Canada for a visit.
So I am looking for information and your best advice as to where to begin, costs, etc, and all helpful information. Thank you guys!
