URGENT ENQUIRY

Hello Seniors,need help.
I have applied for loan but it is taking too long for it to come out.My agent said it will take another month to actually get the sanction letter.The deadline for application for winter semester is very near.Do you guys know any bank that can get me loan real quick??...I need theloan processed within 1 week.Can any1 help me out please???
It has to be under the list of Indian Chartered Bank.
Help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....
I am applying under University category.Can it benefit if I apply under General Category?...My unversity is under AUCC....isnt it that under General Category I have to either give them 1st years tuition fee receipt or Loan or GIC???...
