Hi,
I have received BC PNP nomination for business. Then I have submitted application for Work permit (2years) to Singapore office. It is not PR application, only work permit to come to Canada and start the business.
Anybody have information regarding the processing time for such application?
Really appreciate your answer.
Thanks

Based upon the information published on the CIC website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp/workers.asp the normal processing time for a work permit through Singapore is 24 months.

However, this isn't specific to PNP nominated paperwork, so it likely doesn't apply.

Good luck!

FSW applied 6/09, denied (med inadmissible) 12/11. JR leave granted 7/12, discontinued 9/12. Spousal app PPR 9/12. Landed 13 October 2012

Amazingly enough, Singapore appears to be - by far - the worst office for a work permit.  At 24 months, it is the longest time, with the second longest being 12 months (Manila).

These times are for the 12 months ending June 30, 2012 and represent time to complete 80% of applications.

Actually if look at Singapore's web site: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/singapore-singapour/visas/processing-traitement.aspx?view=d It is 45 days for regular work permits and 24 months for Live in Caregiver work permits.
