Not true for me. We flew in twice and in both occasions our passports were stamped.

what's the purpose of these stamps? shouldnt they have computer records of your entries and exits?

Meh! Still too long compared to other "First World" countries.

But at least not unreasonable. Besides, some people (recent applications) are reporting less than 11 months. So trending in the right direction..

It is a question about resources, you have increased resources at CIC and you will see the results, period.

Not saying not tracking.. They always do whith the swap of PR or Passport
