Should I change our mailing address with CIC?

Presently we are living at Gerrard Street East - Toronto and now going to move to Eglington Avenue East - Scarborough. 

Our citizenship file also now transferred to Local CIC - Toronto on 2nd December. 

My question is should I change our address in ecas? Please advise.
