URGENT - Help with IEC

Am I right in thinking that I can go to London High Commissions, to apply for an IEC work permit? My job starts in 3 weeks in Canada and I am waiting for my current application to come back to me as i'm now aware I need a IEC work permit rather than a temporary work permit.

No. You have to apply on line through Paris. http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/experience_canada_experience/index.aspx
