I do not want to withdraw

Hello:
 
Pls help me. As my application processing time was delaying, I submitted my withdraw letter on 10 October, 2009 and on 4 December 2009, they sent me a letter about my withdraw. In that letter, they said that your application has been withdrawn and soon you get your payment.
 
But on 08 December, 2009, I see in the website (www.cic.gc.ca) that "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) - Eligibility Review Complete and A letter with additional information has been mailed". As my application process again turn into a new view like "Eligibility Review Complete ", So now i do not want to withdraw my application.
I do not know what is the procedure for not to withdraw. Would you pls help me.

If your application package has been withdrawn to you with your own request , most probably your ecas status has not been updated yet and therefore you have the wrong status information posted there. I don't think there is any shortcut to 'no withdrawl' after your case has been returned to you with your own initiation.

You should reaaply completely anew. That is the best take.
