My dad passed away recently, Dad`s live-in care giver`s work Visa was for 2 years, starting on
April 1/09. Is it possible to transfer her work permit to an different person or does she need to find
a new emplorer and apply for a another LMO and new work visa in a new employer`s name. Is there
a time line I need to be aware of.

Hi
1. New Employer, New LMO, and then New work permit before she starts with the new employer. |

Thanks for your help, she had booked her holidays to go home to the Philipines for two weeks. Would she have a problem returning to Canada.

Hi
She should have a letter from her employer and a copy of the work permit, I hope that she has a valid TRV (visitor visa) to re-enter Canada. |
