To anyone who is more experienced out there, please advise.

Aug 17 = Received application
Sept 15 = Approve as sponsor, application forwarded to Manila
Sept 18 = Received letter of approval
Sept 28 = Application in process in Manila send AOR

Oct 5 = ECAS in process

Oct 6 = AOR and PPR – sent passport, CENOMAR and personal history same day

Jan 12 = emailed manila mission seeking update on case NO RESPONSE.

Have you ever seen a case like ours?
From what I've seen here, the applicants gets a response either Dm or another request within 3 months.

What do you think we should do? No response from Manila Embassy!!!

You are still well within the normal timelines of the Embassy.
There has been many cases such as yours.
Sometimes applicants do get very lucky and have DM within 3 months but generally applicants get DM after 6 - 8 months.
Patients.
Since you already receive the AOR adn submitted your PPT if they need something they will ask for it.

PS. I would not rely on them to ever reply to you. They never once replied to an inquiry when sent them either.

I would also suggest that you join in the conversation in the Manila Timeline discussion Thread
