hello! i would like to ask about the requirements for sponsoring. i have b/f almost 9 yrs his a canadian citizen we have plan to get married this year after our wedding he will apply for sponsor me and my kids. my problem is i am annul and in decision of the annulment there is no prayer of custody of my kids. my kids is living with me. now i am asking if my future husband willbe apply for getting us here did canadian embassy will need a proof of custody from the court or it is ok that we will only make a waiver for the custody of the kids with signature from my ex husband notetary of the lawyer. and when we will be get our medical it is after or before submitting the application. god bless and more power. thanks
