SA to Canada

My family and I have decided to relocate to Canada, and as far as I know I need Unabridged Birth Cert, Passport, work visa and job offer. and ofcourse money for flights and living expenses. 

Is that all I need? Am I missing something? 
Please let me know if there is any else I need to get before Im standing at the airport 

Is there any south africans who have moved to Canada??
