I'm in the process of getting all my documents together for my PR visa.
Do the Statutory Declarations from friends and family to prove our relationship need to be in a certain format? ie I do solemnly declare
Do they need to be signed by a Commissioner of Oaths?

Are you applying common law or spouse? You don't need it for spouse. If you are applying common law, I can only answer the certified part, which is no, they just need to be signed by the person it is from :)

it is for common law so they are just to prove we are in an ongoing common-law relationship.
That's great. Thank you very much

actually depending on where you are applying from....there is a list on the forms which state which countries require notarized declarations.
