California background check

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

Has anyone done this?  I was wondering if you had to fill out any forms in addition to the fingerprint card?  I don't know where to send it and the amount.  Please kindly share if you've done this.  Thank you!
