PCC from India for OCI holder US citizen

Hi

My brother is applying for Canadian Immigration from US.
He holds OCI card from India but US citizen from last 9 years.
How do he go about obtaining PCC from India?

Other details:-
1. My parents are US citizens too living with my brother, therefore we do not have any close relative residing in India right now.

He contacts the nearest Indian consulate.

Hi PMM

As per Indian consulate's website, they only entertain you if you are Indian Citizen.


I searched every where on the web but could not find any procedure for OCI card holders to apply for PCC.

Did you find out how to get PCC for NRI's?
I am having a similar dilemma, I am a Kenyan citizen with OCI residing in Mumbai India. I need to know how to get a PCC for my visa interview  for USA. Please provide some input. Thank you.

Does anyone know how to get PCC for OCI's?
I am a Singaporean citizen with OCI currently residing in Kuala Lumpur. I need to know how to get a PCC for my visa application to South Africa.
The Indian High Comm/VFS office provides PCC for "only Indian passport holders".
I hold an OCI card and have been living outside India for almost 10+ years now. 
I have searched hundreds of forums but seems like my problem is very unique...please provide some input.
