He was RQ'd on December 19 2011, 2 weeks after taking the written test. Over all, it's been 3 years. I am vey happy for you Tony2010 that finally you're getting somewhere. I wish you good luck with your hearing.
App sent 04/26/11...Ack. Letter Sent 05/04/11...RQ recv'd 06/11/12, ...RQ docs rec'ved by CIC july 19/12....Trx 2 Local CIC 06/21/12...Test invitation sent 02/14 for March 1...Oath on May 31/13

I did submit my request with Expedite flag checked. I double checked it now.
I submitted my request on 22nd of August. But still the status says received.

Is it just me or are there no updates at all for RQed applicants in Montreal recently.. Some people who have sent their RQ more than 12 months ago have still not been invited to the test.. this is kinda getting out of hand!
