Processing Times for Skilled Worker Applications submitted before 27 February 2008:  Since the implementation of C50 and the Ministerial Instructions, which took effect on February 27, 2008, Skilled Worker applications submitted before this date will now face lengthened processing times. At this stage, visa officers are reviewing files received in:  JANUARY 2007.

We applied in February 2007 - so fingers crossed we might hear something in the foreseeable future.

	Sent all my forms off Yesterday. Here's hoping I hear something by year end.

	hope you guys hear something soon...its a long wait these days for old applicants. siberice and tbone, pls let us know when you hear. given they said they were processing jan 2007 applicants in april, hopefully wont be much longer but things certainly seem to have slowed down for the old applicants...

	Hi Tbone54, Koochamp81, siberice, Hello guyz, have any of you got any response from Sydney, Australia office. I am wondering to know any progress of your applications. I have sent updated documents a year ago. Till then have not heard anything from them.
