Confirmation of Spousal Application from CIC

Hi,
 
I had send the spousal application to below address using Xpresspost.
 
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6
 
I had requested for signature confirmation, but i didn't get any signature, although it says the application has been delievered at the canada post site.
 
I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if the application has reached safely or not.
 
After how long would i get the confirmation from CIC.

1. Canada Post said it was delivered.
2. Approval/Refusal of sponsorship 55 days.
