I'm feeling the same way!

My application for PR has been in process since Dec. 9 2009.  That is almost 4 months.  Buffalo sent the IA, requested RPRF and PCC from 2 states, no interview.  I'm sure the request for documents has caused the delay.  I have a mark on my NY record from 1996, young and stupid bites you in the butt later on in life.  Nothing else, learned my lesson.  Ouch  The BC is probably eating time.  I hope I hear something positive soon.  My medicals expire May 2010...

Anybody else waiting for word???

Thank you everyone for priceless knowledge and information on this forum.  I wish I had discovered this forum a long time ago...

Congrats to those who have PR visa.

Hey iommi12!  I too, have not heard a 'thing' from my Embassy, which is Paris.  My husband's application has been in process since December 29th, and we received our AOR the beginning of January, and then 'nothing!'  I guess it's just been over 3 months, so it's really not that long, but it seems like an eternity!  But, I found a way to ease the tension, and that is, I booked a flight to go see my husband on April 18th for 2 weeks!  yay!!! Big smile  At least for 'now', I'm not fretting over the wait, but I am sure that upon my return, it will start up all over again!  Hang in there iommi12 and launched, our turn will come too!Wink

Thanks tunisianbride Tongue  You will have a nice vacation from 'fretting'.  I am going to do the same.  My husbands passport expired and he will get his new one mid April...so we too are going to take a quick holiday,  thinking to Vegas end of April or early May.   I could go and see him in Canada would be great, but I really don't want to be hassled by Canada border.  Every time, the officers get me bent out of shape, I cry.  I don't want to go all that way just to be turned around because I have a PR application processing...
