Hi,
I am doing PhD in a Canadian university for the last two years. Now I would like to apply for permanent residence under skilled workers and professional category. My question is for English language proficiency DO I NEED TO SUBMIT SCORE FROM EITHER IELTS OR CELPIP? I did my MS degree in South Korea and B.Sc degree from Bangladesh. both of the places the medium of instruction were in English. IS NOT IT ENOUGH IF I SUBMIT ONLY THE MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION CERTIFICATES IN STEAD OF IELTS/CELPIP SCORE? Please help me if you have any suggestions. Thanks in advance. Regards, Koushik |
