I'm about to apply my permanent residence in Canada but i have a problem about my marital status.I'm married with 3 children but i was separated of my husband since 2005,without any legal documents because there's no divorce in the Philippines. I'm in relationship on 2006 and may i called it a common law partner because we've been together since 2007.We have a son for this guy,we have a conjugal property in the Philippines. So my problem is can i put my common-law partner for my application instead of my husband name.?But the surname that i used right now is from my husband name because that's the name that i have in my passport. Please help me about this matter and i appreciate if you can .
thanks you very much |
